Muzaffarabad: The city continues to face a spell of dry cold as no rainfall has been recorded in weeks. The prolonged absence of rain has led to increasing dryness in the atmosphere, affecting the overall weather pattern across the region.

According to local observations, the dry conditions have contributed to a noticeable rise in pollution levels. Without rain to wash away dust and suspended particles, pollutants remain trapped in the air, leading to reduced visibility and a decline in air quality in several parts of the city.

Despite sunny intervals during the day, the sunlight lacks its usual intensity. Residents report that the sun feels weak, and daytime warmth is missing due to the dry and hazy environment.

Weather officials indicate that no rainfall is expected in the immediate future, suggesting that the current dry and cold conditions may continue in the coming days.
